I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a spa/Onsen, and was conveniently located near a train station. The location on a train line made it easy to explore this city.

During our stay at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake, we were blown away by the spaciousness of the hotel room. It was the biggest room we've had while in Tokyo, providing us with ample space to relax and unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. We also appreciated the addition of a sofa, giving us the perfect spot to recline and unwind.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and trolley line, making it easy to explore the city using public transportation. Communication with the staff can be challenging due to their limited English proficiency.
